Our next Social Event this year is the annual Hog Roast Night. This event is being held at the Pinto Farmhouse limits of Rabat (near Gianpula) on Thursday 13th October 2022. Club members can bring along their friends for a nice evening in good company with lots of good food (and drinks) to spare. The price is Euro 35 per person and includes:

Starters
Two types of pasta

Main course
Roast Pork Potatoes and Vegetables

Dessert
Free-flowing red or white wine, beer, water, and soft drinks, all included in the price.

You will find two maps attached to this email to guide you to Pinto Farmhouse. Some members will remember that we have been at Pinto Farmhouse in 2017 and 2018 and found it relatively easy to get there.

From the main road leading to Rabat/Mdina turn left (before reaching the top of the Rabat road) toward Siggiewi. Continue down the road and turn left again towards Gianpula (signs available). Once past Gianpula, the road will widen into a small parking area. Leave your car there and walk to Pinto Farmhouse as indicated by the second map. There are also signs leading to the place.

Please send me your bookings for yourselves and your friends as early as possible. Remember that, as usual, we are limited in the number of members we can accommodate, and in previous Hog Roast Nights organised by the Club, we always had a full house!
