According to the Statute of the Club, the Committee is elected for two years, and the current Committee was elected for 2023 and 2024 in an AGM held on the 22nd January 2023.

The Annual General Meeting of the Malta Cruising Club took place on 22nd January 2023 at the San Antonio Hotel in Qawra.

No election for Committee Members took place as only 6 nominations were received by the Hon Secretary.
In a subsequent Committee meeting of the Club, the Committee members nominated Mr Johann Cuschieri as Commodore, Mr Austin Calleja as Hon. Secretary, Mr Victor Taliana as Hon Treasurer, Mr Joseph Pace as Officer Social Events, Mr Patrick Genovese as Technical Talks and Social Media, and Mr Charles Borg Barthet as Officer Sailing events.
