Extraordinary General Meeting & Technical Talk “Inspecting Your Boat”

Alan Cassar, a surveyor with over 20 years experience in the maritime industry, will give a presentation on how to inspect your boat, to identify the items that may require your attention.

Alan's presentation will be held at the Yachting Malta Conference Room Sa Maison House, Sa Maison Str., Floriana

After the presentation members will have the opportunity to ask questions on the subject. The talk is open to all Club members and is free of charge.
Drinks, tea/coffee, and biscuits will be served during this event.

The talk will be preceded by a Club EGM at 19:00 hrs. Please try to be punctual for the EGM so that we start the talk on time. The location of Sa Maison House is up the hill to Floriana/Valletta from the road adjacent to the Marina di Valletta in Sa Maison. The entrance to the building is as indicated in the maps below. Once you enter the building you need to go down one floor to the Conference Room.

Extraordinary General Meeting

Just before the talk by Alan Cassar, we will hold a short Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to amend the Club Statute. A copy of the amended Statute will be sent to all members.

Please note that we have made various changes to the text of the Statute and its clauses. Most of the changes relate to shifting of text from one clause to another, changes in wording to reflect more modern legal terminology and typos and therefore with a few exceptions there are no material changes in the substance of the Statute itself.
