Commodore’s Dinner

Our next Social Event this year is the annual Commodore's Buffet Dinner. This event is being held at The Terrace Restaurant of the Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julians on Saturday 2nd December 2023 at 8:00 pm.

For the first 10 bookings received by the Club, parking will be available in the main Hotel underground car https://westinmalta.online/park. All other cars will park at the Merkanti car park next to the hotel. (See map below) Vouchers will be given to both the Hotel parking area and the Merkanti car park but you need to send us your car registration number with your bookings, please. Parking is included in the price of the event.

During the dinner, the Club Commodore will be announcing the winner of this year's Commodore's Award.

The price for the dinner is €42 per person. The cost of the dinner and the parking facilities are being partly sponsored by Falken Tyres and their local agents Standard Tyres of Santa Venera. We are very grateful to Falken Tyres and Standard Tyres for their support because without their help we would not be able to organise such an event at the Westin Dragonara Resort at that price.

The dinner will be in a part buffet format. We kindly ask members who suffer from specific food allergies to let us know beforehand so that we inform the caterers.

Club members are entitled to invite members of their family to join them for the buffet dinner. Members can also invite their friends to join them, however, because of space limitations, they can only invite up to two guests for the dinner.

Please send me your bookings for yourselves, family and friends as early as possible. Remember that, as usual, we are limited in the number of members we can accommodate. So early booking is a must!
